The prime minister on Wednesday announced that the government will establish a bank for small-medium enterprises (SMEs) to promote the economy and create more employment.
Speaking at a meeting with thousands of workers on Wednesday, Mr Hun Sen said the new bank would provide loans, increase productivity and create more jobs for people.
He added that this new bank will start its operation with capital of $100 million.
